Using our online presence, consumers can browse through our products, make purchases, and ask questions regarding the merchandise.
Our online website will allow our customers to easily navigate between channels. On the website, they can browse our product categories, examine product reviews, add products to a shopping cart, checkout online or in store, track their orders, and more. Our website will also include an "About Us" page where we can go into further detail about our company, our passion for retail and equality, along with other projects we support.
We plan to offer an easy online ordering system in our pop up shop. After the checkout process is complete, all the data from the pop up purchase will be included on "Previous Purchases" from the customers personal account on our website. It will also take into account this purchase when suggesting similar items for future purchases. Furthermore, the seamless integration between our online shop and physical location will allow the customer to choose the shopping method that is easiest/most convenient for them. When a customer orders a product online, they will be able to pick it up in stores for free.
We also want to make sure our technology decisions benefit the entire company and allow us to seamlessly integrate all our channels (Schambach, 2017).
